Each day has had its ups and downs, moments where old routine thoughts  would sneak in and then I’d remember I’m not smoking again. But, 12 days in and still smoke-free!

What is also great is that I got a chance to meet @SuzyQ411 during the EX Cafe session which was very helpful! I encourage folks to join!
