Hi!  Just checking in to say "hi", and to let you all know that I am still nicotene free!!  It's been a little over 2 and 1/2 years now.  My quit date was Jan. 4, 2011.  Can't believe it's been that long already!  For all the new people on this site......I want you to know that I just about lived on this site my first 6 months!  I quit cold turkey, and had tried many different ways previously.  I just want to say....Cold Turkey and the support that this site offers is the way to go.  I haven't looked back. Don't ever forget.......N.O.P.E.!!!!!!!
