Any ideas?

I was just reading and responding to last nights blogs and the combination of Jordan's and Owl's got me wondering again about people's reluctance to come to the blogs and ask for help! We see so many failed quits, after the fact, and there are many new folks like Stac's friend who never even make it to the larger community!

I started the 'welcome committee' group when I became aware how many people were joining 'newbies together' and not getting any feedback or info about coming to blogs! I know that Sheryl, Tommy and Giulia try to invite every new member and that is incredibly time consuming on their part! I thank you guys! It makes me extremely sad that a new member sent a PM but didn't feel comfortable coming to blog before "smoking like a freight train"!

i guess I wonder if there's any more that we could do as a community!?!
