A new challenge

I’m 18 days smoke free. The really “hard” cravings are behind me - but now I find I’m getting “casual” cravings. Not so much that I need tobacco or nicotine, but instead I just want to enjoy the process of a cigar or pipe. 
I read a post recently that said “the best way to quit smoking is to not smoke” and that has been really helpful.
