Happy to report that today I am celebrating 8 years of freedom from smoking! It wasn't easy but it is absolutely the best thing that I ever did for myself. Thanks to everyone who offered support and encouragement along the way! For those just beginning, do whatever is necessary to get through it! It is worth a little discomfort in the beginning to gain freedom from this addiction!
