I just hit my 6 week mark and I am so excited to keep going.  Leaving for a vacation on Thursday and don't have the usual concerns:

How am I going to smoke pre and post flight?

How can I sneak off to have a cigarette without spouse finding out?

I am excited to take my first smoke free vacation in a long time and I really want to make this stick.  I am not fooling myself either as I will keep drinking to moderate levels as that is a trigger.
