Hello...
4 days since I quit smoking (30-9-13) and everything is going so far so good... I never thought this was going to make me feel that well, specially with myself.
I can tell a lot of things about this process, a lot, but to resume I just can tell you that everyday that pass on I found something new that motivate myself,and over all the best feeling is how I feel with myself.
Thank you for the support, the Ex family is being so important in this process... Thanks guys.
