Well good morning dear Blog - First post for my quitting smoking journey aside from the writing I do in my poor journal lol. I am doing ok . Today seems to have started better than the other days. Didn't quite have that panicky feeling about NEEDING one of those icky-sticks first thing. Popped my lozenge in my mouth and was ready to tackle my day 🙂 Sooooo that's good news. The last 4 days I survived and got through by cleaning, cleaning , cleaning some more, organizing and working my Business like a mad lady. And of course it's helped that I have so much more time now to actually do stuff throughout the day 🙂

I'm told the Benefits of quitting start right aways so here are the ones that I'm at 🙂

At 20 minutes after quitting:

At 8 hours:

  • Carbon monoxide level in blood drops to normal.
  •
  • Oxygen level in blood increases to normal.

At 24 hours:

At 48 hours:

  • Nerve endings start to regrow.
  •
  • Ability to smell and taste improves.

loves,

Bea
