Well I have made it to three weeks. The urges are back but my fight is still with me. I have fought through ever craving so far and I know that the fight isn't over. I have a training program that I am going to start next week. In 9 weeks I will be running a 5k distance or 3 miles. And I can't wait. I am going out to buy my new shoes this weekend. I am keeping the quit and plan on doing so. I am fighting the fight against cigarettes and I will not lose this time. I am in control of my life and I will not let anything interfer.
