Hi all you Exers

I just wanted to stop in and say hi and let everyone know that I'm still alive and still smoke free after 22 months!!! Sorry that I havn't posted in so long but as time passed I started comming here less and less but I never forgot the lesons and skills  that I learned here and still use them to this day. I will always hold all my old EX buddies close to my heart and be for ever thankfull for all the help and knowledge that I recieved from everyone!!

My wife also hit her 1 year mark in April  so quitting as a couple is very doable!!!!
