My body seems to be happier these days - without the cigs and not using any crutches like vapor cigs or patches, guess I'm crazy brave, but seems to suit me. EXERCISE is what works for me these days and breathing and walking and moving and being mindful of the "stress" which is different now that I don't need to step outside and smoke about everything that is on my mind and anyone elses!!!
