20 days - and still Nic free - Cigs do stress you out - breathing works!!!!

My body seems to be happier these days - without the cigs and not using any crutches like vapor cigs or patches, guess I'm crazy brave, but seems to suit me.  EXERCISE is what works for me these days and breathing and walking and moving and being mindful of the "stress" which is different now that I don't need to step outside and smoke about everything that is on my mind and anyone elses!!!

this site is invaluable to my quit and THANK YOU to all here!!

Fantastic! Congrats! And you are so right! I loved your statement about not having to smoke about "what's on your mind AND everyone else's!" I heard that!!! Lol.

Good job!

Exercise is my favorite cause it actually does work to reduce the stress.

I also hear you about breathing.. I did not realize that before quit , I never took deep breaths (of clean air) before. lol!
