Hi all! I'm having a great 2 week anniversary today! The weekend was good and relaxing.
I found this online diary of a lady who had quit smoking. I thought it may be useful for someone thinking about or has recently quit smoking. It gives some insight of what you may experience when you quit. The only thing I will say differently, is that she refers to willpower in her entries. You don't need willpower. You need education and a desire to quit. If you have the desire and learn about the addiciton, you can learn how to accept the cravings and do something else.....not use willpower.
