I'm dealing with my depression exacerbated and stress through the roof, all while trying to quit. it makes me wanna say f it. but i put the patch on anyway,
I will admit I still vape (though MUCH less than i was) with the patch on when I'm anxious, bored, driving (if I leave the house), and on my phone/computer. it gives me headaches now, and i don't need it that much. i just stepped myself down to 1 mg and changed my quit date another week further because i need to practice more techniques to subvert cravings.
im thinking of getting 0 mg nicotine vape juice for my vape, since its such a habit i cant replace . Depression
