I am back !!!!!

Hi, I am back doing pretty good had my surgery for PAD just got all the staples out, getting stronger everyday. I had to spend 5 days in ICU eating ice chips. and 2 day in a regular room, So happy I am home, and recovering, I still don't smoke and will never do it again. hard lesson to learn. I started walking around the block but can only go so far till I get my strength back. Would love any tips for my friends on here. God Bless.
