It is a New Year. To eliminate difficulty finding where to comment due to the length of the last blog, I thought I would start a new page to have a fresh start. New Year, Fresh Ideas,New Goals ,Reboot, Recharge. Hopefully New Participants For those who are able to, (some members are going through medical issues and pending surgeries) I think it is time to focus and get back to our challenges.
'The original idea was to "get moving" at least 4 times a week, staying accountable to each other. Post your accomplishments in the comments. Any activity counts, as long as you get off your butt and get your heart pumping. Who knows, maybe we'll lose a little weight or a couple of inches in the meantime. I am doing a shout out to those who previously participated. If I missed someone please add their name. There were a lot of comments to go through to come up with this list. We had a lot of fun and learned a lot from each other with over 2519 comments.

Sootie I have no words. You are a bad*ss.
So I moved on Saturday when I worked out with my trainer and it was shoulder day! Then....I could barely move yesterday! Sore is the new sexy for me! LOL! I went to WW and lost another 3 pounds this week. I knew the new WW Freestyle program was not working great for me so I am now just counting macro nutrients and calories using My Fitness Pal. So far so good since I am down 8.8 pounds in two weeks! Some is water weight I'm sure but it feels nice to see the scale moving in the right direction again!
I am working from home today since we got just a little snow overnight. The roads are terrible. I am going to workout again tonight and hope to get to the gym 3-4x this week.

@Shashort - Good morning and thank you for your warm welcome. There's a sign in my gym that reads, "Every step is progress." All your therapy and arm exercises count and are getting you closer to your goal. Prayers for your full recovery.

@everyone! Made it through my walk routine again today but tomorrow may be tricky as it is supposed to snow and ice overnight. Should be a FUN drive getting to work! Got to just "love" January.........
