jean79 I thank you I have smoked since I was 9 I am 56 now we have cleaned all our clothes my husband has quit to I have had a part of my lung removed and I had a bypass on my heart so I really need to quit today has been hard. I hope everyone would quit and not go though this I need all the prays I can get than you fr beening there
