can-do Don't hope you can make it! Tell yourself "Mary, you're going to make it!" It may be hard but you can do it if you hold strong and don't give in to the urges. My journey back from the stroke hasn't been easy and neither was quitting smoking..but I didn't give in and I didn't give up! I decided I was going to beat the odds and I did! You can too! I promise, the road gets easier the further go.
