Good Monday morning friends! I missed you all this past weekend, but I was so busy living that I hardly thought of smoking at all, what a blessing! Kevin I will happily take your hand and offer my own promise not to use any nicotine today. I can only control me and I am happy to say that I don't do that anymore. I wish you all a wonderful smoke free Monday, so far as Mondays go! I am holding my hand out for the next pledger.
