Mag thank you for your hand and look at your days adding up.  Tomorrow is a big day for you.  Congratulations in advance on your 200 day milestone. 

I am resolved to stay smoke free today and will not let a cigarette touch my lips for the next 24 hours.  I just keep taking it one day at a time.  And it does get easier with each passing day smoke free.
