I pledge not to smoke to day again.  Nice not to bum cigs, spend your last bucks in your wallet for them, not to DO  THE POPULAR THING AND VAPE, not to have nicotine at all.  I do not want to smoke again ever.

Great pledge, I remind myself everyday that I am not going to smoke again N.O.P.E. I did try e-cigs and then I found out what was in the liquid more poison. I found this site and it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. congrats on one more day without smoking. keep your quit on.

vaping is for people who do not want to quit smoking. most will vape the rest of their lives because they have to.
