Thanks Jackie ! Such a marvelous milestone for me, again, hope never to repeat this mark. At least 3 other times I have made it here and beyond only to be tempted again. Looking towards the end of no mans land so the process of resistance becomes a natural act of my life.
Temptation will always be around you when you are trying your hardest to quit. But you will get to the point to push it out of your thoughts and mind
Congratulations, you can do it. Protect your quit.
Thank you Jackie, we have a common quit day, our birthday present to our bodies, I began the day before, due to a mild case of the flu, and I have just carried it forward. Stopping again had been in the back of my mind for sometime. Not to many craves this time around, but I had really become a casual smoker of cigarillos, rarely even smoking beyond the halfway point.
Thanks! 2301 days quit! Thanks to this site!
Congrats Kelly16. It gets better each milestone you make.
Cindy
Great to see Camree!!!!
