Good bye letter to cigarettes.

hello fellow quitters.

when I was first quitting smoking my counselor had me do an exercise, I had to write a good bye

letter to cigarettes, It took a little while for me to come to terms with it, to really mean it. when I did itwas very powerful.

I hope everyone who hasn't written a goodbyeletter to cigarettes will do so.
