One Year Smoke Free!!!

Happy Monday everyone!!!  Guess what???  Two more days and I will hit ONE year of being smoke free!  I can't believe how fast this year went!  Where does it go?  I am leaving for Arizona on business tomorrow and I will definitly have to celebrate for sure!  I am very proud of myself to keep N.O.P.E in my mind always.  For those of you who are newly quit...hang in there!  It does get better!  I can't tell you how amazing I feel!  Keep on keeping on!
