Checking in

I made it through another day smoke free.  Not quite as joyful as yesterday, but I made it.  Felt kind of out of sorts all day.

I titled this checking in, but I am not really sure who I am checking in with or if anyone reads this. Not quite getting it...how the support works.  Maybe I am not doing it right?

Anyway, still no cigs.  And that is a beautiful thing.
