My friend posted yesterday talking about a book she was reading. I wanted to share that info with everyone in case you haven't heard of the book / author yet.

The author is Allen Carr (http://allencarr.com) and one of his books is "The Easy Way To Stop Smoking." My local library had one of his books, and I picked it up this morning. I also saw there's an audio of a portion of a book available on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8SJOASOBLmU).

I am a non-smoker.
