At last I've made to six months and 8 days.  Lately have been letting the addict in me, talk to into the "just one puff won't hurt" N> O. P. E. Never. Ever Forget = N. E. F.  And thought hay just a moment I don't want to go back to the beginning to start No smoking.  Just to lazy to have to start all over again.

No Such thing as One Cigarette.

N. O. P. E.

N. E. F.

Glad to be on six months of no smoking.

I will now commit myself to stop smoking.

The will to go on, to not smoke ever again is worth the commitment.

NOt smelling like a constanten cig ashtray.

getting healthier.

hair smell great.

car smell great

and most all hubby and grandson aren't exposed to second hand.

Seem like lately my husband and grandson are having health ( grandson has Epilspy) and not smoking makes feel better that I am not adding to their pain.
