Hey Hey Hey!!   Hi everyone!  Still loving my smoke-free freedom!! I'm so sorry I haven't been active here for a couple months!!  I'm in the midst of Open Enrollment with medical insurance and Medicare Open enrollment just ended. EXHAUSTING!!!  I miss you all and am looking very forward to Nashville in April!!

For all the newbies - please know we are all proud of you for making the decision to re-claim your life. You can do this. Look how many of us have after decades!!

An do NOT use stress as a "reason".  Take a gander at some of my past blogs (go back to my beginning), for instance, to see that we all have stress on all levels and smoking does not contribute to easing it at all!
