Good morning everyone. Well here it is a new day and my Day 1. No Cigs here!  I keep hearing these words "the only way out is through". Thats SUCH a good one! Thanks so much for all the thoughtful and helpful comments on my blog yesterday. I'm going to respond to everyone by pm and that will be an excellent distraction technique!  Also think I'm going to take a page from our Dear Carolyn and Cookie. Blog every day just to report in and be extra accountable. It is so wonderful to have this "family"!!! Oxoxox Everyone have a wonderful day.
