Well here it goes patch is on and driving me nuts with the itch. I had to put off getting my coffe so I wouldn't smoke (always smoke getting it) sitting ya work now and trying to figure out ways to beat the cravings when they come. i am more committed this time than ever before as I really want to quit and other times I didn't. 

So  fingers legs and everything else crossed
