I reset my quit date to 7-31-14. The gut wrenching feeling I felt after the horrible decision to have a cigarette is still so very fresh in my mind, but I cannot dwell on that as I cannot change it. However I do have the control on my actions from here forward, just as I did when I slipped. Today, I am choosing freedom!
