Nicotine Free!!!!!

Finally.  I have been nicotine free for the past week.  I stopped using the patch on July 21.  Yes I have cravings and thoughts but nothing that I have not had before.  Had some health issues with headaches and back pain but other than that it is all good.  I am so glad to finally be nicotine free.  83 days and counting...

Protecting my quit for good.
