Life is a roller coaster ride of ups and downs and twists and turns good and or bad, that's life! In order to live our lives free from the clutches of the horrid nicotine poison THEN we MUST keep our quits in TACT Which means ~ N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what! It's definitely not easy by any stretch of the imagination in the early stages of our quits BUT it's absolutely doable AND totally worth it PLUS anything worth having takes time AND effort AND kicking nicotines butt into oblivion is TRULY THE GIFT OF LIFE! Vigilance is key to Freedom! Lets always be there for each other a little encouragement goes a long ways and means so much!
