Been gone too long

I started here in October 2013. Many personal issues caused me a lot of heartache and I didn't  have very many friends or family for support during this time so I fell back to my little monster to help me. It only takes one to get the ball rolling and soon the little monster got bigger than me. I purchased Allen Carr's book and am starting my journey.  My journey starts with a new job starting in May, and learning to deal with my issues on my own. So with book in hand and my bifocal glasses I begin. This monster is history
