Hi, I'm back!
I've had a really busy couple of months, and as my quit date nears, I find myself thinking about it more and more often. I still want to do it. I even made an appointment with the dr. He told me to make an appt if I was going to quit because it might mess with my blood pressure medication or others, and he might have something that will help me quit. So I have an appt on Nov. 27th (the only one I could get!) 2 days before my quit date. I might have to push it back depending on what he gives me, but I'm almost excited.
I really haven't been scared this time - I'm pretty sure I can do it. Thanks to some of you, I read that book by Allen Carr, and it changed the way I look at smoking. Sure I'll miss it, and it's definately still going to be hard, but I think I can, I think I can!
