Needing advice

My quit date is coming up, and Im freaking! I cant imagaine my life without cigs! What can I do? Ive quit before, and I know its best for me on all fronts, but I LOVE smoking. It controls my life to a degree thats not even comfortable to me. Is it supposed to be this damn hard?! I mean really....
