I'm so happy I made the choice to quit vaping. I've had nicotine lozenges to help with the withdrawals. I feel like I'm having so much less anxiety now that I'm not vaping. When I wake up, I actually just lay there and relax instead of immediately search for my vape and hitting it even though my lungs felt like crap. I'm coughing and lot less and I feel so much more relaxed. I'm still having cravings but I'm almost through "hell week!"
