This month we're excited to welcome EX Coach Laura McConahey and Dr. Mike Burke from the @NDC_Team of the Mayo Clinic. 

We invite you to join us for an engaging and relaxed discussion with Laura during the day and Dr. Burke in the evening. This is your opportunity to have a face-to-face conversation with an EX Coach, and you'll also have the pleasure of connecting with other members of the vibrant EX Community.

What is the EX Café?

The EX Café is a monthly Zoom event designed for people who are quitting tobacco products and seeking support, friendship, distraction, and strategies for maintaining their quit. The event will be facilitated by a coach from Mayo's Nicotine Dependence Center. You will have the opportunity to connect with others in similar situations, share your experiences, and receive expert guidance and advice on staying smoke-free.

How can I sign up?

It's easy, just pick which session you'd like to attend and click on the Registration link. Remember to use the email you used to register for the community.
