Just realized that Oct. 1, in addition to being my first smokefree day in ages, is also my best friend's 21st birthday. Plus on top of that, it's also Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. So all in all, a good time to start over. How was everyone's day? Mine went surprisingly well, but then I also seem to have caught a cold which would normally kill a lot of my urges to smoke anyway.
