You can do it. Everything about them sucks
I am mostly a 5. Have to tell myself I won't go crazy or die without cigarettes in the house. I know how stupid that comment sounds
Huck3 That comment doesn't sound stupid at ALL. Many of us had that same kind of thinking in the early stages of our quits - especially at day 5! I'm going to go CRAZY WITHOUT A CIGARETTE! HOW CAN I SURVIVE??!!!!
And guess what? You hold on through that feeling, and you get through that day and you go to bed and you awaken with another day SMOKE FREE!!! And perhaps another day of thinking "I'm going CRAZY without a cigarette, how can I survive????" But when each day you get through, and each night you go to bed smoke free, and each morning you awaken moving toward your new "normal" - you start understanding that you CAN survive a day without going crazy without a cigarette.
Try it. You'll end up liking it! But you have to keep going through the "how can I survive" bit to get to the "Oh, I CAN survive and you know what - I actually LIKE surviving! It's worth it!"
I was 2 and 3. But I'm with GIULIA. I'M NOT ANYMORE ONE OF THOSE QUITTER. I'M A WINNER NOW!

i learned to helpmyself

#2 It took me a while not to worry about weight. I worried about my weight when I smoked too. I still work on it now but I will not smoke over.
I can see this as a poll and love that there are some similar posts https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/groups/best-of-ex/blog/2013/09/17/which-type-of-quitter-will-you-....
