Wake UP!

From the illusion, the deception, that lie, the brainwashing that you "need" a cigarette. STOP telling your brain that falsehood. Reprogram your thinking.  You do not NEED to smoke.

When the thought arrives say, “No!  I don’t do that anymore”.  It works!   Say it out loud and mean it.  The thought will (poof) disappear.  Scream if you have too.  Say, I won’t be fooled. Tell your brain that you want to live and breathe.  Tell your brain that you are going to make it NO MATTER WHAT because Smoking is Not and Option.    

Drink water, take a walk, laugh, sing, dance or talk to yourself if you have to.   Munch on something healthy.  Keep these thoughts and things READY. Be creative, this is your quit and opportunity to be smoke free.  Reach for FREEDOM. You can do it!

Smoking is not an option, there is so many other wonderful things to be doing!
