Vacationed with no Smoking

I made the long ride like 7 hrs. there and 7 hrs. back and the 4 days while drinking and a wedding with no smoking. I did like that the hotel had no smoking. Last week was ruff with my teenagers fighting. But I got through that too. It seemed then to be harder then the first week. well Congrats all and Good Luck to all.

Every week is gonna be different. Some will breeze by, some will grab you and tie you in knots. It's all in how you play the game. Don't let the game play you. Keep on keeping on. Every day away from it is a day back to your "normal" God given self.

Stay strong and just say NO.

Baby Steps .... but No Excuses .... Great Job !

Would you consider pledging daily to strengthen your quit ? I also started a game room to help pass some time online if you are interested.

YOU CAN DO IT .... we can help

I've quit three times: age 17, 24, and 37. No matter what happens never stop thinking of yourself as a non-smoker. Don't accept failure and confront temporary setbacks as soon as you possibly can ... pretzel sticks, carrot sticks, and water bottles help. Lots of fresh air, even cold showers if necessary - no joke. I haven't smoked in eight years. I'm 45 and determined to stay smoke-free from now on. Thanks for your help with this ongoing challenge. It does get easier.
