@Madokira17 Welcome to the Ex and congrats on your decision to quit. Glad you found us.

There's lots of advice, information and support on this site.   If you haven't done so already, it's not too late to learn about nicotine addiction and have a quit plan that includes coping with craving, triggers, and creating new associations to replace smoking/vaping.   Knowledge, preparation, and support made the difference for me after 50 years of smoking.  This link has some great information to keep you on track.

.Those first days can be difficult, but you're doing it!.  One puff will only take you back to the beginning after all the hard work you've done.   If you're able, go for walk,  It's a great way to refocus your thoughts and get the added boost of dopamine lost when quitting. And deep breathing exercises really help.

@Madokira17   Congratulatins on making it to day FIVE!  You are making it through, what we call "hell week".  Read, read, watch videos on whyquit.com.  Learn all you can about how nicotine addicts us.  The first week is challenging, so you have to stay vigilant.  Instead of smoking, you will use your tools and will distract.  One hour at a time, sometimes.
