I joined this site last year, thinking that I was going to quit smoking, I didn't, because of myself not going through the steps. I know that after smoking for the past 12 years that I am now ready to quit. So, I thought that i would try this site again, except this time I am going to go through the steps. Right now I am just started the cigg tracker, and hope this will help me win this battle against smoking. So to all of you that I have made it even past your first day Congrats!
