Why do you have to quit first thing in the morning? To me, I celebrate my anniv. with a special friend who also quit smoking over 5 years ago. It is Halloween like Dr Hurt said, a good time to claim my individuality and in one hour I lye to rest this nasty habit that I've been practicing for for sometime now. I've done the Chantex-with 1 yr free of cigarettes, been smoke free on many years jogging, tried the patches, gum, and have the nasal spray. It all comes down to will. This must be my demon in this life. I will conquer it. Nasty, nasty addiction
