I am going to give you a few links that I hope will help with re-starting your quit.
The major thing about this quitting business is that you, I, and any other serious quitters must choose to do anything (other than smoking) to ward off the thoughts of lighting up. When the urge hits our brain, we need to stand up and do anything that will keep us from smoking.
