That too will diminish within the next couple of days. What worked for me was I would always keep little candies around. Like Peppermints. Or baby carrot sticks. Keep your hands preoccupied and fill yourself with good for you things and you'll be okay. I've been told once that cravings come and hang around for something like 15 minutes. If you don't respond, they go away. With each passing day the cravings lessen more and more. I'm at day 35 now and I don't feel or think a thing about them in a wanting type way. You'll get there too. Just stay strong! I'll say a prayer for you!
