Every now and then I allow myself time to come here. This morning thoughts of the New Year caused me to think of the word determination. Since EX is my go-to, I came here to look up anything that I wrote in my journals about determination. One thing led to another and now I leave a note to the Newbies. What's in your tool belt? BTW you have to have determination no matter what you are trying to accomplish. The journey continues one day at a time. In 23 days I will celebrate 9 years smoke free. It still amazes me.
