Give and get support around quitting
Good Morning, New Day New Beginning. I was not sure what the notes would be about today. My first thought was mindfulness. After reading a few posts I think this is a good target topic. This is an area to explore if you have never tried it. It was new to me when I first came here, and it made a major difference in my quit. A wise elder Thomas3.20.2010 (read his post) who is presently not active was an inspiration to me on this topic. Worth the time to read and take notes or just take note. Have a great smoke free day.
