i am new to having a webite where i can always find someone to talk to whos in the same position i am in. only you guys understand what it means to quit nicotine and have the withdraws urges as well as horrible cravings. i have been smoke free for fifty five days. and i still go thru the feelings that someone who just quit does. i am still on the twenty one mg patch for almost two months along with the four mg gum and welbutrin. im having a harder time than some but there will be a day when i dont need anything to help me stay quit. but anyway thank you to those whove helped me.
